From the Instagram account concerned, send a direct message to @ninablaine.official containing the exact words “delete my data”. This lets us match the request to the correct Instagram-scoped account.
What happens next
Automated replies for the account will be paused. After a limited verification step, conversation records, reply history, and related messaging-service identifiers will be deleted unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.
Confirmation
Completion will be confirmed in the same Instagram conversation. A minimal record of the request and completion status may be kept to demonstrate that the request was handled.
