Information we process

Processing may involve Meta and Instagram for message transport, a privately operated n8n workflow for orchestration and logs, and the OpenAI API for language generation and safety classification. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for conversation continuity, duplicate prevention, safety, troubleshooting, and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted, credentials are stored separately from conversation records, and operational secrets are never published on this website.
Your choices
You may ask us to access or delete information associated with your Instagram conversation. Send an Instagram direct message to @ninablaine.official containing the words “privacy request” or “delete my data”. We may ask for a limited verification step so that another person cannot request deletion of your data.
Age
This automated messaging service is intended for adults. If we learn that information was submitted by a person under 18, automated processing will be stopped and the information will be deleted where reasonably possible.
